Emails can be sent in an HTML or web page format. This means that A7Designs can embed form elements into emails. You can then email these forms to your customers as:
subscription forms
questionnaires
order forms
polling/feedback forms
email quality surveys
An email form allows you to send customized application forms via email to your customers. Your customers then complete the requested information (displayed in the boxes/fields) and submit the form to send the details back to you.
These forms are custom designed to display your business logo, colors and fonts, and the boxes or fields are designed to extract the information that you need from your customer.
In order for you to use email forms you must use an email program that supports sending HTML (web page) emails, such as Outlook, Outlook Express (which comes on most computers). To view your email forms the recipient of your email must be able to view html (i.e. web page) emails. Most people are able to view these, however occasionally some email programs allow text only and the email form may not appear in their email program as it does in yours.
